Plan allowances
Monthly booking allowances apply to customer reservations created online or by staff. Cancelled bookings, test records and unavailable-time blocks do not count towards the allowance.
Paid plans
Prices shown are in pounds sterling. Any applicable VAT will be stated before payment. Paid subscriptions can be changed or cancelled in accordance with the customer agreement.
Optional add-ons
Optional third-party services may carry separate provider charges or eligibility requirements. Any add-on that depends on an external provider will be confirmed in writing before it is supplied.
Website service
The £250 website fee includes the agreed initial build and first 12 months of hosting, one mailbox and standard changes. The ongoing fee is £14.99 per month from year two. Major redesigns, new systems and complex new functionality may be quoted separately.
